Meet the Founder

Dominick Iannacone is a Recruiting Expert passionate about connecting great companies and great people. Born in Annapolis, Maryland to an Italian American/Indian immigrant family, he was raised on the idea that anyone can build their own American Dream through hard work and grit. As the youngest of four siblings in a Navy family, he harnessed a competitive spirit at a young age - preparing him for a career in sales long before joining the workforce.

In 2011, Iannacone used his Business Management degree from Jacksonville University to help land his first position at Aerotek in Jacksonville, Florida. His career started in the engineering division as a recruiter, but transitioned to a sales role after a couple years learning the business. After witnessing the shift in the IT industry first-hand, he came to the realization that IT is the future and started working for a specialized IT Recruiting firm. From here, Iannacone gained experience and expertise through numerous management positions, where he received accolades and successfully placed hundreds of IT professionals with leading firms in Florida and Georgia. His passion for IT led him to pursue a career in IT Consulting, enabling him to work alongside the largest IT resellers and a global cybersecurity firm, which allowed him to gain more knowledge of IT and its inner workings.

After 12 years of supporting customers and working for some of the most successful recruiting companies in the world, Iannacone founded DG Staffing to create a dynamic recruiting experience that combines IT knowledge and executive search. He firmly believes that recruiting should be made simpler for both companies and candidates. Thus, DG Staffing's mission is to save customers time and money by "doing it right, the first time."
